How do I make a purchase?

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. While Jerubbaal is based in Singapore, we have Germany office for regional support and exporting worldwide. Please contact us and our export team will be happy to help you.

What payment methods are accepted? 

Most Payment Options are accepted. Within Singapore PayNow is also accepted. After making payment, please inform us via email or chat and quote the payment reference numbers for us to process your orders.

What is your return or exchange policy? 

Due to the nature of the product, please understand that all products sold are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable once sold. We will only process an exchange/return if your order contained damaged or incorrect items upon arrival. Voucher/Promo codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.
